  The Dark Knight 2008

  Genre-defining film. Heath Ledger’s performance as the Joker is nothing short of legendary, and in my opinion, one of the greatest acting performances in cinematic history, period. He commands every scene he is in and is one of the greatest villains to grace the silver screen.

  The movie is so expertly written as well, with countless twists and turn that reveal later after layer of the Joker’s master plan. Nolan deserves a lot of credit for how creative this movie…

  For some reason, I have watched this movie like 5-6 times. I don’t really know why, but to give it some credit, it never got boring for me. This is a pretty formulaic blockbuster, but it follows the formula well, damnit. All the characters are solid and are performed well, I don’t really have a major problem with anyone.   Why the hell does this have a 2.7 star average on here?!? Do you all not know how to have fun?

  Josh Hartnett has given us such a unique, expressive, and multi-faceted performance with Trap, pretty much all of the film’s humor, emotion, and suspense stems from him and it’s so entertaining to watch. Watching him slip in and out of his two personalities is fascinating to witness. A+ work, genuinely.
