  w..w...what?

  Amazing, though. 20 minutes in I'm like "this is stupid" and then it jumps keep ramping up and getting weirder and crazier and funnier and darker and I'm like "ohhhh".

  Unironically has one of the HARDEST scenes I've ever seen in a movie - like I was grooving.

  Bloody wonderful, wonderful movie. Such a classic, and forever one of my favorites.

  Amazingly funny, fantastic performances from the whole cast, great directing flair from Edgar Wright, and of course, very, very crazy. This really is better than Wright's later stuff like Baby Driver. Extra points for the Aphex Twin Poster, too.

  Also, great use of a Queen song without making it feel trite or overdone.

  Brenya, I FINALLY saw it! And it was fantastic!
  The set designs and costumes were amazing, the leads knocked it out of the park (especially Willem Dafoe, whose performance has to be one of my favorites in a long time), so solid on those fronts.

  I do feel like the pacing got a little wack near the end, and some of the writing and supporting performances weren't as strong as they could've been, but I really feel like four stars…
