I barely have any words left in me rn. it was such a heartbreaking movie, with a lot of what ifs and overall an emotional rollercoaster. soulmates don’t always end up together and this just shows us that, sometimes, it’s so difficult to compromise, no matter how hard you try. I loved it.

the fact this film was inspired by true events is sickening. it’s a very tough watch, not for the weak of hearts, but it’s a symbol of the degradation of the human kind, desperation, and how these two elements intertwine in the most sinister way. the final scene was heartbreaking though. the cinematography was great, typical for an European movie but in a good way though
