The Talented Mr. Ripley 1999
Catch Me If You Can but good. This movie feels so long in the best way. Gabriel Yared’s score totally elevates every scene to the point I felt like I was going to fall off the couch I was so entirely engaged. I could easily write a review that details what I loved about every scene, but the best part about this movie was not knowing anything at all going into it.

I’m conflicted. As Adrian Monk’s #1 fan, it was a pleasure to see him and the others back on screen together, especially Dr. Bell.
On the other hand, the cinematography was not up to scruff. I love the way the show felt. There was a grainy beauty to everything and the camera angles were always unique and thoughtful. The way this was shot felt like a modern sitcom.
I also didn’t care for how simple the mystery was. The finale…
