extremely mixed feelings about this one !! I liked the first 90 minutes a lot – strong worldbuilding, cool concept, great acting (especially from Robby Pats but that’s a given.) really nailed the feeling of Sisyphean helplessness/dread it was going for. It’s also an incredibly bong joon ho movie, and I love to see him do his Thang (me when there’s nonlinear storytelling and also a creature: 🥳)
