Considering Gladiator is one of my all time favorites, it was always going to be hard to please me with a sequel.
1. Terrible abusive overuse of CGI. (Those monkeys 🤣).
2. Poor casting choices, poor script rife with corny lines. (Repeating lines from the first movie with worse actors doesn’t make your movie good.)
3. Why even make the lead Maximus’ son? It does nothing to make the plot any better tbh, and feels like a cheap attempt…
