Gladiator II 2024
Pedro, Paul, and Denzel were amazing! It was interesting seeing Denzel’s character manipulate everything and everyone to reach his goal of destroying Rome just to have it taken away from him at the last minute. Pedro and Paul were amazing in the fight scenes, but some of the scenes went on for too long and got boring.

Conclave 2024
I started the movie thinking it was gonna be a whodunit where the pope was actually murdered by someone by one of the cardinals and Ralph Fiennes would have to find the killer before they potentially became the new pope.
That’s def not what happens lol. But I think it would’ve added an interesting layer to the plot.
Besides that, it should get the Oscar for best cinematography. There were times where the visuals were more interesting than the plot.
The plot twist at the end was unexpected and interesting.
