Overall, an excellent movie that explained any misconceptions in the Godzilla x Kong universe.
The CGI was pretty phenomenal, and the return of Bernie brought laughs and relatability as expected.
However, Trapper’s accent was god awful, once again showing that ‘British accents’ in Hollywood movies end up being either chirpy cockney or too posh!

Perhaps the best Equalizer film so far!
The setting of a tight-knit coastal town in Italy, plagued by mafia activity from Naples, was perfect for this film.
As expected, the main focus of the film was the gruesome fight scenes, with some truly eerie moments of when Robert was waiting inside the vineyard with countless dead bodies before him.
It was great to see McCall belong in the local community, and finally end up “where he is supposed to be”. …
Finally got to watch this film and it did not disappoint!
Credit to all those involved in the creation of a visually-beautiful 2 hour adventure through various types of cartoons and even some live-action cameos! Each individual pixel seemed to be a movie in its own right, yet the blend between a too in-your-face kaleidoscope of colour and being able to see what’s going on was perfect. Even the introduction was thrilling.

Although I’ve seen a lot of lower reviews, for me, everything about this film hit the mark: the comedy, action, return of old characters/actors and the chemistry between the two Barrys was immense.
