oh that line broke me down even further. i couldn't imagine losing one sibling let alone four. it was heartbreaking to watch them try so hard to please their father at the sake of their own wellbeing... death being the only way to escape and achieve peace. the scene where they met in the afterlife made me cry so hard.
tails is so cute 😭 enjoyed this one a little less than the first one and the hawaii subplot was boring to me but hey! at least sonic now has friends and a family
did a rewatch 😭 came down from my cinema high and realized that i rated it too high bc i saw nick twice that day... but it had its moments. it did feel like a fanfic this time around 😭
love nick and anne but every rewatch i look back at my past reviews and realize i was clouded by the rush i got watching this in theaters. anyways we could've done without the "i could be your mother" dialogue and while this movie has its good moments, there are moments where a scene has me going "oh... 😭".
giving it half a star more bc i liked the commentary made by my cousin.
