This movie feels like a ghibli production with its plot, music score and characters. I’ve never watched something so out of the world yet so so so human. Who knew the best romance movie out this year so far is something seemingly sci fi. Mickey is a loser with no redemption hero arc but you see the world through his simple lens as everyone around him grows.
