So beautiful and bittersweet. It really makes you think about how fragile the human body is and how everything can change quickly. My favorite scenes where when Ayaka and Akito were visiting Haruna in the hospital and were having fun together, when Akito typed in the password on Haruna’s Instagram post and sobbed reading the secret message and when Ayaka visited them both with three gerberas.
