Metallica: Some Kind of Monster 2004
I'm unsure what score to give this doco. I don't believe it should exist.
The film ultimately allows an insight or invasion into the band's life and dynamics, from James trying to set some reasonable some stupid boundaries, Lars getting drunk, screaming and bitching all the time and Kirk sitting on the sideline surfing and riding horses. Their dynamic Is so fractured and fucked and strange as all hell but all I know is Robert being turned into a millionaire…
