The Promised Land 2023
Max Mikkelsen’s vibe isnt’t about flashy expressions. Nope, it’s his ice-cold, stoic mug that hooks you in. When he finally drops an emotion, it hits hard. Dude’s like a walking mask, but when he lets something out, you’re all in, feeling every bit of it. He doesn’t overdo it, he’s about that slow burn, building up the suspense till you’re feasting on every little bit he gives. Great movie allround.
