Christian Bale’s performance was stunning. A true testimony to his talent, even in his earlier more raw acting years.
I think the movie struggles slightly with flow. This era of film was packed with gripping psychological thrillers that defined how we look at the genre today but this one strays slightly from that mould. At times it felt rushed, the plot was jumpy yet the premise was creative and intriguing.

Dennis Villeneuve has been the mastermind behind so many brilliant films and this is another to add to that list. Top class, almost across the board. Visually outstanding, musically encapsulating and characterisation that was absolute perfection.
