The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023
Some things missing from the book that I really wanted to explore. Like what happened to Clemensia? Snow’s training in 12? Lucy girlbossing with that snake in the arena? All the other capitol student deaths? Still a great film though -bonus points for mother Viola Davis who ate it up, and for Tom Blyth specifically with a buzz cut in that tight slutty t-shirt. Thank you casting director.

The Marvels 2023
This film was not as bad as the straight white male infestation made it out to be, people just love to hate women being girlbosses and hate fun films. Not every marvel film is going to be Avengers Infinity War. That being said, there was a couple of bizarre moments and missed opportunities in there but overall an enjoyable solid marvel movie that I’m looking forward to rewatching when it hits streaming! Also worth it for that last scene and post credit scene alone like FR so HYPED RN
