Overrated, but clearly still a very good film, This Woody is without a doubt the worst among the 4 toy story, he never showed emotion and is just an annoying character (Who is even funny at the same time) I won't judge the animation since it was literally from 1995 (I think this is positive actually) and I found the story a little weak, despite its negative points, it has its positives, the last minutes were very good, apart from Woody, the large number of characters are cool and funny, especially Buzz, his arc is incredible, I liked it
