  im surprised this has such mediocre reviews on here because i thought it was fantastic

  soapy’s vein being pulled out made me want to vomit
  would dock half a star for her somehow coming back to life momentarily but i’m going to let that go

  I adore this movie!! it’s so stunning visually and there wasn’t a moment where I wasn’t hooked. tbh didn’t expect there to be so much sex. lilico’s hallucinations were SCARY AS FUCK as well as the club in the last scene. god I hate those gyarus they kept cutting to. it also made me SO SAD that the girl we saw near the end was lilico’s sister 💔

  this is one of the greatest movies i've ever watched. seriously. the plot twists are insane and heartbreaking and it makes you hate and sympathize with all the characters at the same time. there's apparently a book which i will have to read now, because this is the most tragic fucked up story i have ever seen. somehow they made this movie so aesthetically gorgeous, the camera work is beautiful, the acting is great, everything about it is a 10/10.
