A masterpiece, with one of the most interesting concepts I have seen carried out in a film.
The core of this film is all about perspective and the importance of connection, examined through the lens of angels and humans, with a larger narrative set-piece serving as a romance.
These angels live among humans and help them in any way they can, with a particular angel desiring to relinquish his responsibility as he continuously longs for human connection.

This was fun. The best aspects of the film revolved around the buildup of the dynamic between Sonic and Shadow in regards to how they both handle lost and how that impacts THEIR view on humanity, especially given their different upbringings.
