Really resonated with the gay yearning, the writers block, and the family angst! Hopefully this isn’t what my future looks like, but hey at least Andrew Scott is hot and so is his ghost boyfriend.

I fucking loved this movie. I think the thing I appreciated the most (aside from the prosthetics instead of cgi for the effects) is how fucking weird this movie was.
It wasn’t afraid to lean in to the grittier, more realistic and therefore off putting aspects of the characters’ experiences and went all in on the strangeness. A movie that felt both grounded and alien as a result and which elicited very visceral reactions from me. From laughter and sorrow…
