Was gripped throughout the whole film. For me personally the ending wasn’t my fav. I understand it demonstrates that John Doe was envious of Mills life and I understand he became wrath when he shoots John. I don’t know how to communicate what I mean but I just felt the ending was anti-climatic. Of all the Hannibal films (excluding Hannibal Rising, he is not being counted) this is my least favorite Hannibal film. I cannot pin point why, it just is.
I preferred Jodie Fosters version of Clarice over Julianne Moores. That’s not to say I didn’t enjoy Moores version. Who Framed Roger Rabbit 1988
Criminally under-watched film. For the time it’s done so so well. Jessica Rabbit is too fine (I’m aware she is a cartoon and understand it’s unattainable and possibly problematic but I do not care). Such a good film. Very funny. Valiant character development is great to watch. Not as great to watch as Jessica Rabbit but close nonetheless.
Childhood classic for me. Used to watch this every single week without fail
