Little Women 2019
I watched this film in the cinema when it first came out. I forgot how beautiful it is, or maybe I appreciate it so much more now I’m older.
Literally a perfect story, so witty and precious but also very emotional. Just so beautiful.

Oh my god I instantly fell in love with this film.
The aesthetic, the fragmented structure, the soundtrack, the cinematography, the cast, the expectations vs reality scene 😧 if I was to direct a film THIS would be my inspiration.
I was craving a little more Summer backstory so I could understand her character better, I struggled to make a decision about how I felt about her. I guess that’s kind of the point tho.
A story of love (or lust), heartbreak, acceptance and moving on. A little bit of silliness in there too.
I’m a hopeless romantic.

Punch-Drunk Love 2002
This film stressed me out so much, but in a good way, I think I went through every single emotion. I adore how well this film captures that love isn’t just one size fits all, and sometimes you have to bend and adapt to understand your person. Phenomenal sound design. Also, Adam Sandler can act??
