Although many people disliked this film because it pushed for a pro war/military narrative, I absolutely loved it. Regardless of your thoughts on America, this film is packed with intensity, complex dialogue, and lots of parallelism between the different characters in each sub story of the movie. It all wraps up very well and makes you sit there thinking for a hot minute at the end. Robert Redford cooked with the acting and directing of this movie.
