Plot-wise, just as depressing as you’d expect from Lars Von Trier however something about the very rough camera work and the weird over the top musical numbers really broke the sadness up.

A great premise with some very good acting from Pattinson (special shout out to Ruffalo for reprising his Poor Things character and Collette for her sauce obsessed enabler). Although a lot of enjoyable moments and definitely my favourite of Bong's English language films there was something about it that just didn't quite hit the mark for me.
