I thought this movie was hella boring and unfunny to be so honest. Leslie Mann unfortunately is the most annoying in this movie but Melissa McCarthy saves a little with the principals office scene. I will likely never think or ever watch this movie again but that’s okay purr I love watching movies with my roomies 😭😭😭

We Live in Time 2024
The entirety of this movie was so hard for me to watch. It’s heartbreakingly accurate to the experience of knowing your running out of time while trying to remain in the present. And my god, the ending. It was lovely, profound, devastating and beautiful. It was the essence of how important it is to let there be room for the grief. That’s it is simply love with no place to go. I did however sob uncontrollably the whole movie and for hours after.

This movie is limbo personified. I find myself unable to describe what this film meant to me, and how it relates to my life now. I miss my mom. I miss life as I once knew it, and I think a lot of us do. This film made it easier for me to see that’s it’s not easy for anyone to let go of people who so easily defined them. It’s the harsh reality that I face, and I’d give anything to feel safe in my mom’s bed with her arms around me. Just one last time.
