love psychological thrillers β€οΈ
I needed to sit with this one for a bit.
This was beautiful down to the cinematography and the characters. This movie is not hopeful, it's bleak, just like life often is.
Rick was a layered character filled with so much texture. He had patterns and would ultimately fall victim to the boredom and plainess of it all everytime. He never really learned his lesson and continued to fall into the spiral with each woman he fell "in love" with.β¦
Went into this with low expectations based on the negative worldwide reviews, but I honestly kinda enjoyed it. It was cheesy, and some parts were cringe and it definitely is not the best Marvel film, but it also wasn't the worst.
MONKEY!!!
This was truly spectacular. It was so silly. He scared me at first, but I fucking love that monkey. Immediately bought the book afterwards. Tell me I don't need the monkey popcorn bucket (I need the popcorn bucket).
