  Snow White 2025

  God… I wanted to give it a chance but it successfully disappointed me.
  Acting? Bad. Sometimes even comical.
  Chemistry? Non existent
  CGI? Horrible. (The only nice thing were the animals)
  Production design? Was trying to hard, and everything looked fake.
  Costumes? Don’t even get me started on that….
  The new Lyrics? I love musicals, and this musical didn’t fail to bore me.
  Sound? Too loud to the point that it muffled the dialogues a lot.
  Story? ……no creative spin.
  Dialogue? Super cheesy.

  I feel like I’m too criticizing but it’s been a while since I left the theaters so disappointed and underwhelmed.

  The Seed of the Sacred Fig 2024

  The story of “Women life freedom” told from the POV of a prosecutor’s family. It wasn’t all revolution focused and I feel like the parts regarding the revolution were too “on the nose” and it had a lot of build up to the main plot. We could’ve understood the movement from news and tv and dialogue, I think all the verticals were a bit over the top. but overall an interesting watch, with a lot of complex characters.
