as an introvert, i felt seen.
i cried so much in the movie theater because of the way this numbing feeling of social anxiety was captured. her listening to all the small talk yet unable to participate because she just doesn’t know how. her being in the shot halfway cause she’s barely there irl. she’s not depressed she just doesn't know how to live in a society.
also the scene with her ex colleague at the end made me cry…
