Wow.
Such a raw depiction of what addiction does to a person and the impact on their loved ones, the cinematography was so beautiful and the contrast between the warmth of spring when he was sober and the coldness and darkness of winter when he relapsed was so meaningful, the actors are all really great from the kids to the older adults and the cast of the younger version of Nic is genius.

Fascinating, dark and mysterious, the visuals of this movie are out of this world, the snowy atmosphere accompanied by a fairytale worthy landscape gives the movie the perfect depiction of love (warm and cold)
Both beautiful and dark, tragic and comforting.
The fact that the movie is French makes it even more magical, Belle’s voice is so soothing and her story telling is perfect.
The story in itself is so beautiful, falling in love not for looks but for the actual person all of it with a dark twist.
A dark romance lovers must watch.
