  Real good superhero movie. Amber Midthunder looked so good in this was not expecting the twist with her. Ending of the movie reminded me of the 2022 classic AmbuLAnce, I would call it AmuSDnce. I did enjoy all the San Diego references. Go Padres!!

  Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse 2023

  I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, it was fun to see Miles interact with all the Spider-Man and Spider-Woman and everything in between(T-Rex spider is best spider person). Miguel’s more experienced and seasoned Spider-Man was a sobering reminder of the pain that all the Spider-Man have to go through. Which brings me to my next point, the idea of “canon events” and pre destination really fell flat for me. I have a visceral hatred for “child of destiny” and “fate” story…

  I watched the original animated movie for the first time the same day I saw the live action movie. I can say this was a really faithful adaptation. The ocean looked real pretty and lived in. I was a real treat seeing all the daughters of Neptune, would have loved to see them interact with Ariel more but they all seemed like their own individual characters. Halle’s singing was amazing, all the songs were… yes even the rap with Scuttle and Sebastian. I recommend checking it out. I don’t know about prince Eric but I would have folded as soon as I saw human Ursula

  This movie did not go where I was expecting. The enemy itself was a mix of the terminator and the EMMI from Metroid Dread, I am a sucker for killer AI. I could have done without a lot of the on earth plot lines.
