so many mixed feelings about this movie i don’t know where to start. i found myself really getting attached to the story itself, but every time a song came on i genuinely wanted to cringe. the music is just…bad. which sucks because that’s this movie’s main flaw, it should never have been a musical. selena gomez made me laugh with how bad her accent is, but zoey saldana and karla sofia gascon’s performances were magnetic. if only they would stop singing… la vaginoplastia is going on the pregame mix 🤕

The Aristocats 1970
rewatched this movie for the first time in over a decade, and i was immediately reminded why it had been one of my favorites as a kid. adorable cat family, great music, a ridiculous villain, and truly lovable characters. while a few outdated jokes (disney loves siamese cat racism) keep me from giving it a perfect score, it has earned it’s spot in my top 4 🫶🏼🐈 🎀🕯️
