i went into this movie for the cast and cinematography, not knowing wtf it was about and came out of it a bit speechless in all honesty; but 10/10 cast and cinematography regardless
i don’t have too much to say about the story, in my opinion i really liked it, it was unexpected, kept you on the edge of your seat. let’s just say i was NOT expecting the end. only good movies make me cry and this one did for sure
i absolutely adored this film.
the production was incredible. the absence of any soundtrack made the passion, rawness and intimacy of the story far more intense and beautiful to watch. the cinematography was so beautiful as well, definitely one of the prettiest films i’ve watched so far. i also love the wlw representation. i was rooting for them even though i knew it wouldn’t work out in the end. seeing the painting at the end. the damn painting broke my heart…
