This was really devastating to watch. Seeing Melton play an adult but carrying almost all the mannerisms as a child was heartbreaking. Knowing this was also based on a true story also makes it a difficult watch, and I also think in some part, the movie is maybe an indictment who see the events and suffering of peoples lives as fodder for true crime entertainment.
