Creature Commandos kicks off James Gunn’s new DCU in, my opinion, a VERY strong way.
I was invested in EVERY single character on the team, despite the team being made up of EXTREMELY obscure characters, which was to be expected from James Gunn. Indira Varma’s The Bride was the standout for me.
I love how this show establishes so much of this new world, as well as showing that several well-known superheroes and several well-known villains already exist.
