  I’m priviliged to have gotten the chance to watch this with the lovely director present! A great documentary from inside the kurdish freedom fight against Isis. Which has become very relevant to revisit with what’s happening in Syria currently. Would recommend when it’s (hopefully) out on youtube soon. For both educated viewers and those who know nothing about Rojava and Kurdistan. ❤️🌞💚

  As someone who used to live in a commune, this is really what its like sometimes. Beautiful movie! I’m glad that I decide to revisit this one as an adult with better understanding of ideologi (and life in general).
