  Wish is the Arby's of Disney films: sometimes you just need a bunch of spoiled meat that tastes really damn good. Sometimes you just need a main character who has no real discernible qualities to speak of and a villain with no real motivation other than "I'm evil just because," because it feels so satisfying just for the moment.   Really great conclusion to Jesse's character, and gives some sense of closure to both his and Todd's storylines. However, I ultimately don't feel like it was completely necessary, more like a reunion special than a continuation. Which is fine for what the story was trying to tell. I enjoyed it, it was well acted, well written, well directed. And that's good enough for me.
