Requiem for a Dream 2000
This movie took a minute to get into but I found it to be a phenomenal and gut wrenching story about how addiction impacted these characters life’s and how it lead to the demise of their dreams. While some of the portrayals were a tad extreme it still felt very real and human. This is the type of movie you probably will only want to watch once because of the emotional toll it takes on you.
