I love Lady Amalthea/the Unicorn as she is a character that doesn’t seem relatable, but has all the words for a certain feeling that burns so strong in your heart that you can feel the longing eat away at it from the inside out, and make things hot and cold in different places so close to each other in the fist-sized organ all at once. She is so whimsical and delicate at times, yet so passionate and fortified in others.…

Masterpiece. Just great. One of the few sequels around that surpass the original. Also, Scarlett Johansson can sing, wow. 10/10, watched it for the first time about two years ago and still think about that experience maybe once every two weeks. The visuals were dream-like and so vivid, plus there was a good balance of new and more well-known older music. Watched with a family of middle-aged to elementary-age people and everyone enjoyed it very much.

I’ve heard that others found this movie slow but personally it consistently held my attention. Unfortunately by the end of the film that was when I was most confused and there’s no real explanation for what’s going on. Pretty good watch for when you’re bored but don’t want to give to much time to a film.
