  I had to watch many reviews etc to understand what the message of this movie was. I liked one that said that it wasn't trying to be a feminist awakening but a way to relate to someone learning about the patriarchy for the first time. As in the way young girls first experience it as they grow up in our society. But despite that, if not anything else, it was at the least funny and overall entertaining.
