Where do I begin? Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days is a fitting end to David Bowers epic trilogy. Steve Zahn shines in the role of Frank Heffley, delivering a performance to rival even that of Devon Bostick’s (Rodrick). His ability to balance the emotional moments with those bordering on insanity is truly a marvel to watch and a credit to the practice of acting. This is a film that you never want to end. And I think, in all of our hearts, it never truly will.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules 2011
A triumph of cinema. The way David Bowers weaves this narrative is truly inspiring.
Devon Bostick’s performance as the titular role of Rodrick is a masterclass in acting. In my opinion he was robbed that year and every ensuing year at the Oscars.
Anyone who rates this lower than 5 stars clearly hasn’t watched the film.Translated from by
