A cult classic. A hidden gem in world cinema! Upendra went beyond the all new waves with kannada sensibilities and offers a film that always seems problematic at first but makes sense later! Gutsy filmmaker! Big fuck you to textbook filmmaking! Also, show me a better film in terms of costume styling. Questions god aggressively , explores love and the philosophy of life aggressively as well. Hes shouting throughout the film but its beaurable coz its also funny!
