Denzel Washington plays another fearless kung fu master badass. This time he’s a Christian badass though and this man loves his bible
Doesn’t feel like the plot develops though there’s just one objective and there’s a runner and a chaser for the whole film. To me it felt pretty bland but I could watch it cause I like Gary Oldman and I like Denzel Washington

This was way funnier on second watch
First time I watched this I didn’t get the dark comedy. I was just as depressed watching it as Colin Farrell in the film but if you can appreciate dark comedy then this film actually slaps
Maybe I just needed the first watch to get an idea of how the story goes so I could fully appreciate it this time around. It’s not a complicated film but I guess it just needed a revisit

You don't really learn anything by watching this film. It's full of suspense and bad decisions and everything always felt so claustrophobic.
Sometimes I didn't know what was going on but that may have been intentional. It did add to the chaos.
It's quite fast paced and emotionally draining so you need to be ready if you're gonna watch a film like this one.
