a staggeringly shot film with huge artistic integrity. this is one of the best looking films this year. i had no idea who eileen gray was and what she did, so to see this documentary kind of changed my world view knowing how avant-garde she actually was. like, she is the actual definition of avant-garde. in front of the curve, doing today's art and architecture in the 1930s, that still has influence until today. the scripted elements were seamlessly used…
a very beautiful documentary about a group of folks i hold dearly to my heart. such humility in these people. they are so peaceful to everyone, yet they get exterminated for no reason other than more money for the wealthy. these people need their voices to be heard, and this documentary does just that. so go seek it out. important for everyone to see the perspective of indigenous life in colombia.
