I’m thinking of a word that begins with “B” and rhymes with Fatman… Batman!
Overall, I enjoyed the movie. However, I wouldn’t say it needed the three hours it lasted. Seeing the brokenness and immaturity of Batman and seeing him come to terms with his own inability to save others was worthwhile. And yet, the film missed the satisfaction of a classic superhero movie while still lacking the true realism that would be expected in a movie like this.
The Rock has successfully made another potentially decent movie mediocre! This movie is just like any other movie that he’s in and it’s just old. Subpar movie. Maybe I’d like it more if I was a child.
Vile. No value beyond shock value. This movie seems to encompass every kind of evil. Between graphic crucifixiones and preachers luring teenage girls into sexual acts, some “good plots” aren’t worth sorting through mounds of garbage to get through!
