Hemingway & Gellhorn 2012
I love Hemingways books and Gellhorns personal history so I thought this movie would be interesting, even if it wasn’t historically accurate. It not only didn’t meet bare minimum standards, it was one of the worst movies I’ve seen in a while.
Not only was the clothing not anything remotely similar to the 30s civil war Spain, the rest of the movie continued this trend with the actors wearing 80s military surplus.

This movie is amazing overall, and I’ve read a lot of the reviews on here but I don’t see much mentioning how AMAZING the costuming is.
