Carrie 2013
I thought the film was just good. It was one I had been meaning to watch for years but hadn’t had the opportunity. I did not see the last quarter happening the way it did but was satisfied with it. The ending however I felt could’ve been better… I felt it didn’t conclude well enough and wish it had been different. Nonetheless the acting was great and i’m happy I watched it. Also… finally got to see the iconic prom scene that was… less iconic than imagined but again… glad I watched it.

I loved this film. Psychological thrillers that raise BIG questions in my mind automatically peak my interest but this film had me interested by the opening line. This story not only arose moral and ethical questions but the greater question of what is the one true religion and “is any of this even real?” I was intrigued throughout the entire story… all of the metaphors reached me and it was just enough to make you think while not becoming too…

a nice continuation off of part 1. the teaming up part took me by surprise as I was expecting Oshea Jr.’s character to be a bit more cautious and sharp but in the end it was an interesting twist and then an interesting follow up that will most likely lead to another part.
