Late Night with the Devil 2023
I will say that David Dalmastchian was really good in this and I hope I see him in more movies. However, I didn't like this movie. The AI usage really soured it for me. The Substance 2024
I don’t necessarily know what I would rate this movie, but I did enjoy myself overall. There were definitely times I felt like it was dragging out.
I don’t necessarily think it added anything new, but I don’t think every movie has to add something new and it’s not a bad watch.
I don’t really get the Cronenberg comparisons I’ve seen. It’s only Cronenberg if you only think of him as “body horror guy” and don’t think about his movies any further than that.

Eraserhead 1977
This is one of my favorite movies and is the first of David Lynch's films I ever watched. Given the news today, I decided to rewatch it and I cried as hard as I did the first time. Thank you for sharing your art with us, Mr. Lynch.

Pink Flamingos 1972
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Saw it in a theater for my birthday and it was a lovely experience made better by the man who fell asleep like 10 minutes in and snored the entire time, which made the women in front of me laugh when it was really loud. I got a kick out of them finding it so funny. This is one of those movies that rules when you watch it alone but is made so much better when you can hear others…
