Gladiator II 2024
This movie is proof that even a great cast can't outrun a weak script and bad directing.
I was really disappointed in the storytelling: the character development felt flat and the huge battle scenes do not compensate the boring and fractured story arc.
Although we have great performances by Paul, Pedro and, of course, Denzel, the movie seems to get stuck on its poor narrative.

Mike Faist is an amazing rising star from Broadway, Josh O'Connor is already establishing himself as a great versatile actor and Zendaya is a force of nature.
I always loved movies that made me think about the complex personalities and motivations of the main characters. And this movie did exactly that! The ending was incredible and the open ending really does great for the story.…
