  on one hand i liked that this movie brought up really important criticisms of girls state and the inequality it faces in comparison to boys state, on the other hand i was really looking forward to watching a documentary that had the same emotional involvement that boys state had. in boys state you’re on the edge of your seat waiting to see who gets elected and you’re invested in each character and their back story. girls state just didn’t have…
