  entertaining movie. it’s rly so sad that we don’t use technicolor in movies anymore. james bond is both really cool and a psychopath. he slept with not one, not two, but THREE women over the course of the movie within hours of meeting each of them (the last one was named Honey Ryder, and he met her while she was collecting seashells in a white bikini on the top secret nuclear bomb island. no notes). also fun to see where all the austin powers bits come from. would watch more of these

  such a good movie, was so scared the whole time bc the animals kept getting into trouble. ik this sounds rly stupid but I love how much the animals just acted like animals. the animation was also beautiful, so nice to see animation that is actual art instead of just ai-adjacent slop. I cried a few times but was on a plane so couldn’t cry as hard as I wanted to

  loved this movie. cool satirical engagement with the fetishization of the female body in film. was simultaneously hilarious and devastating, and it balanced both well. my favorite part was when music from Vertigo played while the final evolution (or devolution, I guess) of Elisabeth was getting ready for the New Year’s eve show. the allusion to 2001 space odyssey was also funny.
