i was nervous to watch this because of how it’s talked about but i really did fucking love this. like. so much. the soundtrack is phenomenal, the actual shooting is beautiful, the set and costume design is perfect!!!! just everything! and i love how the movie gives you pieces along the way that you know are pieces but you’re not exactly sure how they fit. just really brilliantly done, in my opinion.

WOW. JUST WOW.
this movie is such an act of kindness.
such a beautiful display of “the everyday” of grief and an incredibly well done exploration of sexual trauma. honest in every single way. breathtakingly beautiful - both in content and in visuals. the guinea foul aspect was also incredibly moving. i can’t recommend this movie enough. i will praise this unendingly. thank you to my fabulous perfect amazing girlfriend for taking me to this movie i had never heard of
